We’ll make sure you get your translation on time for delivery to your printer, your website designer, your graphic designer, or anyone else who needs the translation to ensure your company can market its products or services on your schedule.
How does it work?
1. You provide us with a copy of your documents to be translated.
2. We agree on a deadline that is mutually convenient.
3. We pull out ALL the stops to make sure your translation is delivered to you on or before that deadline.
If we fail to deliver your translation on or before the deadline we mutually agreed on*, then the translation of your documents won’t cost you a single penny!

A couple notes about our Reliability Guarantee:
- It does not apply to documents that have a turnaround time of 48 hours or less.
- If the deadline, size, scope or specifications happen to change, at any point, once the project has already begun, we reserve the right not to offer the Reliability Guarantee on the document(s) to be translated. We also reserve the right not to offer the Reliability Guarantee if we feel the new deadline may not allow us sufficient time to fulfill our reliability commitment.
