1. How do you determine pricing?

Our rates are calculated based on the number of words in the original document you want to have translated. As a general rule of thumb, English documents usually contain 10-20% fewer words than French translations of the same documents.

Rates may vary according to how technical your documents are, whether they are highly specialized in a particular field or industry, and how fast you need the translation returned to you (turnaround time). Jobs that are urgent or “rush” and highly technical translations may be subject to an additional charge. Of course, we’ll let you know if they do upfront so you can budget accordingly.
