Our top three great big bold resolutions for 2010
It’s the last day of 2009, a time when many of us take a few moments to reflect on the past year: the resolutions we set at the end of 2008 and how many of them we resolved, the goals we set and met, our successes, disappointments, surprises and accomplishments throughout the year.
Like many of you, we are also busy scheduling, planning and setting great big bold resolutions for 2010. We have come up with three resolutions for the first year of the new decade that promises to be spectacular in its own right.
In 2010, we plan to:
- Continue producing unique, informative content that helps educate individuals and businesses about the benefits, demands and challenges of translation and translated documents. We plan to do this through our blog, other areas of our website, on Twitter, LinkedIn, and other online forums.
- Continue building long-term relationships with our customers in person, by phone, e-mail, through our website and contact forms, on LinkedIn, and on Twitter.
- Continue challenging ourselves to deliver the best customer service we can. We want to come up with some innovative ways to surprise and delight you, as well as thank you for your confidence in our business. One of the ways we are doing this is to create a short manual that sets out our customer service commitments and you will hear more about this document next month and as the year progresses.
Those are Plush Text’s top three great big bold resolutions for 2010. Of course, we have set a lot more goals for the next 365 days, but you’ll have to stay tuned to find out what they are!
What are some of your goals, personal or professional, for the new year?
